Deception and Scam
Mine is the same story. I was naive to believe that it was a trial. My husband is furious about the hours he has spent trying to get the $274.11 refunded. The next time I find anything of interest, I will look for information like this site provides. If I had done that before, I wouldn't be out the money! The worst part about it is that I have attempted to go back and reread the terms and conditions, but the site blocks my computer... I guess so, they have a lot to hide!

DECEPTION AND SCAM
Sparkle White and Premium White are two internet companies scaming people all over the U.S. I am trying to get a refund of my monies that they took from my bank account. They say they are offering FREE TRIAL SAMPLES for shipping and handling charges. Then approximately 10 days later, they hit your account for $92.37 and $87.62 respectively. I hoping that everyone reading this email will write to the States Attorney General's office in Colorado and Utah as I have done. Maybe by getting enough complaints on these two companies, the AG's offices will have someone check them out and hopefully put them out of business and return everyone's money.

SCAM
I signed up to try this product for .99 and a few weeks later recieved a trasaction for 92.67 on my Credit card and when I called to get a refund was told that if I had opened the product I could not get a refund. Because I had taken the product out of its original package even though the packing was still sealed I could not be assured to get my full refund. BEWARE this is a SCAM to take your money. Do not be so naive to think you will get something like this for .99 cents. It will cost you more. Let my mistake be a warning so you dont have to be out this much money. I want to see this buisness shut down!!!

Un-Authorized charge
Sparklewhite/ Smilebrite whoever you are;
You should be ashamed; you take advantage of folks he read your FREE trail offer to charge them $200.00 a few later. I spoke with your customer service person 14 September 2009 after the first SURPRIZE charge and specifically said “I do not authorize you to charge my card again”.
Well let me share with you and whoever else reads this. I am an active duty military member who already struggle to provide for his family while fighting and sacrificing for this country. I had to explain to my wife why her car payment returned because of your unauthorized charge. It people and companies like yours that use gimmicks and the word FREE to lure in people like myself who believe in this country…Silly me.
I’m sure when I talk to base legal tomorrow they will tell me it nothing they can do to help me. Never the less I will still continue to fight for you and this great country.
Thanks again for the un-authorized charge and the fees you have cost me and my family
