July 23, 2009, I received a letter regarding a 2004 Silverado
and that I was 38 months overdue in having that vehicle serviced.
I was assigned a customer ID #09G003KVGN.
I HAVE NEVER OWNED SUCH A VEHICLE. I called the
800 # listed above a short time ago and asked to speak to
the individual who signed my letter - G. RARESH- AS
PROGRAM COORDINATOR. THE person on the phone- sorry
I did not write his name down-got a little short with me when
after he told me the person I asked for wasn't available said he
did not have time for games and asked how he could help me.
I told him they were playing games in sending me such a letter and
that I wanted to have some fun with games myself. I gave him my
Customer ID# and he said he would take my name off the list
and he didn't appreciated MY wasting his time!
In this age of rampant ID theft how can anyone send such
letters to people?
