We live in Queenstown and when we went down to Port Elizabeth in January my wife made an appointment for new glasses. All went well until the specs were ready for collection. The sun glasses were very dark and not what wife ordered. Had to go back to correct. Sunglasses back now reading glasses instead of sunglasses. Wife took the glasses back Tuesday 6 April 2010. Well. The attitude of the staff behind the counter was what one could say BAD. No good day can we help just what is it.

No sorry, we will rectify etc. Then wife had to go down on her knees to ask to have the glasses poated as the staff were not interested to assist in getting the glasses to Queenstown.

You want the business but man the service and attitude of the staff leaves a very bad taste. last time we will go to your outlet for new glasses.
