We received a phone call stating we had not used a vacation package we had purchased and that this company would re-activate that package PLUS add another vacation. The deal was 4 days/3 nights in Orlando, 4 days/3 nights in the Bahamas, 3 days/2 nights in Daytona Beach, passes to some Orlando theme park, 7 days car rental, plus 5 days/4 nights in Cancun. All this for $99. I should have known better, but it sounded so great. When we received our paperwork, there was no way to book a room directly; you had to write down dates you wanted to travel, then mail or fax the documents to them, and then someone would call you to confirm. Also, in the fine print on the documents for the Bahamas and Cancun trips, it said to include $398 for each trip. During the phone/sales call, we were told all the trips were free, and that the $99 we agreed to was the ENTIRE cost. It's also interesting that while I was on the phone with them, I checked out Specialty Travel's website and it looked really good. When we received our paperwork, the company is actually Special - T Travel! This is fraudulent in so many ways! Now we're trying to get our $99 back!
