I ordered chandelier crystals from this company. I was shocked by the low price as I had purchased some replacement crystals at a much higher cost earlier this year. Realizing that I had made a mistake in the size of the crystals I telephoned the number offered on the website and asked if I could adjust the order. The person who answered the phone did not sound business like (raising some suspicion) and told me that I could not change the order as it was already being processed. 23 days later, and after reading about complaints on this website about the this company, I called again. There was much hustle and bustle before my call was addressed. There were long periods of being put on hold and at least two different people came on the phone. The sound of disorganization and unprofessionalism was clear. Finally, I was told that the items were on back order and they would refund my payment. There was no suggestion that I might want to wait for the back order. I quickly accepted the refund option and notified my credit card company of all that had transpired. I am convinced that the complaints that have been submitted to this web site has had an impact and that they, at least it seem to this point, were as responsive as they were because of complaints on this web site.
