Ordered 3 items 12/16/08, with shipping guaranteed in 7-10 days. Heard nothing, and they did not return daily phone calls. Finally shipped 1/21/09, having already billed my AMEX card. Only 1 of 3 items arrived. Numerous phone calls have not been returned. State they are "investigating", but other than contacting UPS, the shipper, cannot document any other effort. At this point, we have spend $1200, have never received items, and Spectrum is unresponsive. They also have not returned telephone calls from UPS, AMEX, and the New Jersey BBB. Despite their 11, 000+ Ebay transactions with 97% rating, I would advise "buyers beware." It may go well; but, if it doesn't, this company will not provide assistance and will not take responsibility.
