This place installed the wrong carpet in my hallway and refused to fix it. There theroy was that I got a higher quality carpet so they were not going to do anything about it. Even though it was not what I ordered. I am still contemplating calling an attorney especially since Rob told me that if the made this mistake on a $10000 job they would have to fix it. I guess since mine was only around $1000 it doesn't matter. I am going to share this story this my area networking group. If you do anything with them get it in writing and get a sample of the carpet you are getting.
