This is to inform you that I have been insulted and mentally harassed by Speed car help line, E-2/2, Shastri Nagar, New Delhi I have paid them Rs. 600/- on January 7, 2010 for 18 months service. The service which they serve under the name “Reaches the service point within 30 minutes of your call”. Couple of months has gone but I haven’t used their service but last night I stuck near sector 14, Gurgaon market as my bike wheel is having some problem related to air pressure.
Last Night:
I called them for their service but their executive responded in a very insulted manner and disconnected my call (the executive was telling me that my membership was over but when I told him the real dates of my membership, he had disconnected my call). At last, I tried it again, now the executive attended me after a healthy discussion and assured me the service with in 45 minutes. After waiting 2 hours, I tried to call him ½ hours continuously, At last they picked my call and after asking the reason for delay, the executive start augmenting with me and he was giving me the stupid excuses.
Result: “NO SERVICE HAS BEEN PROVIDED BY THEM”
Couple of months back: I called them for their service but they simply ignore the customer. Same result, NO SERVICE
Conclusion: This time I want to place the whole thing in front of you so that they don’t able to make fool of more people by taking such a good amount for providing service. Being a customer, I want to make a request in from of consumer court that kindly consider this case as a “CUSTOMER HARASSMENT” and ask this agency to give my whole money back.

Note: What ever the number they have provided is not working. A lot of consumers completes have already been their against them.
