I went to them to have my computer memory replaced and upgraded. The technician was rude. He also smelled like alcolo. He wanted to take advantage of me: he thought I did not know anything about computers, so he replaced my memory with low grade one.

After a while, when I realized my computer was really slow I cheked to see what memory I had: I saw that my computer did not have the memory requirements I payed for. My computer was downgraded instead of upgraded!

When I called and spoke to the owner he told me that 'I was a crazy lady' and 'what do I know about compyers?' And he hung up on me.
I do know a lot about computers.

The place looks dirty and cluttered.
