Terrible experience
Do NOT order any vinyl signs or window decals from SpeedySigns.com . I had a terrible experience when I ordered vinyl sign lettering for my home.
In my opinion:
They are not very "speedy"
They are very expensive
The quality of their product is poor
Their customer service is terrible
They have draconian fees and unworkable return policies
First, the colors you select on their order form are different from what you get. I wanted gold numbers with a black outline (so it would look like antique gold leaf). So, I selected "gold metallic". But according to their difficult-to-use, convoluted, online ordering monstrosity, "borders are not available with specialty materials".
Fine, I would just use the plain "gold" instead of metallic gold. But what looks gold on the website is a "rotten mustard" color on the final product. Why do I want that above my front door?
Second, the window graphics ship in a cardboard tube that's stapled closed. But the staples are actually through the vinyl sign itself! Great packing job, guys.
Finally, Speedy Signs claims that installation is easy. But do they include any instructions? No. I'm not a complete idiot, so tried to make do without instructions. But during my failed attempts, the vinyl numbers kept rolling up on themselves, sticking to each other, and finally just falling off the glass. Worse, the vinyl lettering leaves nasty gunk on the window that is near impossible to clean off.
So, the product was not what I wanted, was poorly packed with no instructions, and was impossible to install.
I contacted their customer service department asking for either a refund or a replacement. They very rudely told me (in essence) that I got what I ordered and should leave them alone. When I still insisted that I wasn't satisfied, they offered to allow me to buy a replacement for 50% off. Wow, how charitable of them!
I wanted my money's worth from Speedy Signs, but instead all I got was the run-around.

Bad service
We are a local animal charity in New Jersey that was having a Pictures with Santa day on November 30th. We placed an order for 30 lawn signs for rush service/2-day delivery on Wednesday, November 19th. The customer service person, Emily Marcus, assured me via email (and I have the emails to prove it) that I would receive my order by end of day on Monday. I asked twice and was told the same twice. It was the week of Thanksgiving and the volunteers for the organization all had out of town plans beginning on Wednesday and would not be returning until late Friday afternoon from the Thanksgiving holiday. So Monday comes and no signs. We sent an email that evening requesting information about the order. Tuesday comes, still no signs. We sent another email requesting information and letting the company know that we had no use for the signs if they were delivered. Wednesday morning comes and we email twice again. We are then told that the package should be delivered that afternoon. Well that was no use as we now had no time at all to put the signs around town advertising our event. So we requested a refund -- we were told they would refund the RUSH shipping charges (well, thanks as it was not a rush job) and a $30 fee relating to vertical printing. The total of the order with shipping came to $300 and they were willing to refund $92. What were we going to do with lawn signs that couldn't be put around town until late Friday for a Sunday event. . . had we known that the items weren't going to be delivered on time, we would have never ever ordered them. . . oh, and BTW, the items didn't even ship until Tuesday, November 25th, which was almost one week (not next day as advertised) after our order was placed and it was shipped via overnight UPS super saver -- not 2-day UPS as we outlined. So to summarize, we ordered on Wednesday, 11/19 and expected delivery on Monday, 11/24. The signs didn't even ship until Tuesday, 11/25 and were delivered on Wednesday, 11/26 (the day before Thanksgiving). Our event was Sunday, 11/30. No phone call or email about the delay on Thursday (the day the shipment was expected to go out), Friday, over the weekend, Monday or Tuesday . . . We've now put in a claim with our credit card company hoping that the remaining $200+ will be returned -- I mean, we are a charity, for goodness sake and money has virtually been STOLEN for goods that we couldn't use!!
