Dear Sir/Madam,

I am an owner of a dual sim Spice mobile phone of your company number d88 purchased on 01-10-2008. Since the time i have bought the phone I am experiencing problems in CDMA. If I send across text messages 2 out of three meassages fail to reach the recepients and the listener is unable to hear my voice completely every 30 seconds. My usage is more frequent with the GSM technology so it was after four months that i realized that there was a problem with CDMA. I gave my mobile phone for service at Krishna Enterprise, Ellora Park, Baroda. My phone was kept for two days and i was reported that there is a problem in the software of my phone. The problem persisted. I used the phone for a month after it came back from servicing and observed that the problem continued. Due to this I contacted the service center again. they conveyed me that it will take 25 days to solve the problem as it was needed to be sent at Ahmedabad. I got back my phone after a month. i was told that the motherboard was changed so now i will not experience any problem. But the problem continued. I was travelling so was unable to give back the phone to Krishna Enterprise. Since (01-08-2009) past three months and four days my phone is with the service center. They are giving vague and baseless answers which I am unable to digest. I have suffered a lot due to this phone trouble. I want my money back which I have invested in purchasing this phone. I do not know whom to trust because i was a victim of attractive advertisements and since past three months the service center has not called me back for my phone.
Please provide an explanation for the trouble caused to me and return my money.
I request you to treat this on urgent basis.
