In good faith I bought a dress to wear for my daughters wedding, because the "Easy returns & Exchanges" page on their website.
However today is March 16th, and they received my return on 2/28 they say. I demanded my refund today as this was my second call to them. First call a couple of weeks ago when they told me they had the item and the refund was being processed. How stupid is a company to take so long to process refunds. I told them I WILL NEVER buy from them again as a result! I did receive an email per my insistance:

I have sent the information off to our warehouse, the credit will be received within 3-5 business days.

What does that last line mean? Well we will see in a few days if they completed the refund to my account. This is ridiculous and should be illegal process! It is a waste of my time and my time is WORTH money!
