brought bejeweled blitz and i can play one game it then it freezes my computer so uninstalled it and put my purchesed disk to install again and comes up saying error whilst installing

When log in the computer is telling me that I have to bye the games or put in my code and know of that works...The games were $19.99 each and I paid for two games, please credit the amount back to my credit card... I purchased fairy game for 19.99 and the game wont work its frozen. i have tried many times to try to contact provider and cant or no reply. says fairies error currupt 1.3b version. im disappointed in good faith i paid them and the service has been a dud. Listen there ought to be someone we consumers can contact for a well know wide spreaded company thats really a dud and dosen't do anything about taking consumers money and not producing a product or even caring about if a person really recieved it the economy is bad enough with out a company such as spintop games that cheats us out of fun and enjoyment that they continue to falsely advertise daily espically when it comes to ordering from them in multiples to save a few dollars there's a glich somewhere in ordering more than one and Im quite sure they know it I have paid a total of $71.95 for games there's no phone # to contact them sending them messages through customer support dosen't help either that also is a sham as far as im concerned .
