I received an email from www.spiralhaircase.com that they were having a moving sale and that all their products were 40% off. I had ordered product from this company in the past with no issues. I ordered approximately $60 worth of product from them the third week of Ocotober of 2010. It said on their website I should expect 10-14 days to for shipping because of high demand. After waiting 14 days I received nothing. I emailed their customer service department stating that I had not received product and that I was going to cancel my order if I did not hear back from them in 24 hours. That same day I received an email which included a tracking number for the USPS. On that same day, they also charged my debit card for the $60. Upon trying to track the package for a week I found out that spiral hair case had called USPS and told them they would be receiving a package for delivery which generated the tracking number. USPS never received the package. I went to www.spiralhaircase.com to email customer service and the website is no longer up and running. I googled a phone number for the company and that number is disconnected as well. This company is a total scam. They were never moving their warehouse but instead going out of business and taking everyone's money with them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
