I oredered candle molds and other equipment from this company and others on Jan, 9, 2011 in order to have the supplies in time for Valentine's Day business. The order was originally set to ship much too late and I called and left a messege asking to have it shipped sooner. Someone called me back and I missed that call, but the original pkg was sent earlier than they stated. That was the end of ANY customer service! When I opened the pkg, it was short a pouring pitcher and 2 molds. I immediately called to inform them. They DON'T answer their phones, EVER! I found a slip of paper in the bottom of the box stating that the 2 molds were on back order and would be shipped within 7-10 days. No mention of the pitcher. I repeatedly called and called and called. Someone did answer my NUMEROUS emails finally, stating that they tried calling me back but all my phone did was ring, no answering machine. Which, I have a business and I either A) have the phones forwarded to my cell, or B) have a voicemail connected to my phone which calls my cell and tells me of the voicemail. That never happened.
Finally, some very rude girl answered my emails and all but called me a liar saying that she DID call me! There was one day when a delivery truck ran over our phone box on the property and the phone was not working for a few hours. But I gave my cell number and that was never used. Anyway, she told me in the email, over a week later, the pitcher was going to be shipped that day which was the 19th of January and the molds were to ship that Friday which was the 21st. On Jan 27, a week later and I still didn't receive anything, I sent another email. Then again on Jan29. I was told on Jan 31 that one of my molds was not ready and they hadn't shipped the one that was. ( No call or email to tell me in 12 days to tell me. I was expecting them for over a week and they hadn't even shipped. I told them to send the one that was ready and to refund for the other. FINALLY received the mold on the 11th of Feb. I tried to use it and guess what, IT LEAKS! I sent 2 emails and even called. No reponse. Here it is Feb 25th and I am still in the same boat for over a month! So BEWARE of ordering from this RIDICULOUSLY sorry company. I own and operate 2 businesses and if I treated my customers half as bad as I've been treated by SPIRIT CRAFTS, I wouldn't be in business!
