Regarding the Complain of Split AC
I would like to have your kind attention in the below stated matter. I am from Global InnovSource Dehradun. We have bought one Split AC of 1.5 Ton on 6 Jan 2009 from one of the company’s dealer namely Doon Electowares, 68 / 48 Chakrata road, 248001, Dehradun. From starting onwards the product is not responding properly. It has been hardly 6 months from the date of purchase and the AC is not working at all. Then we complain to the service centre “ Dua Enterprises, chakrata road, Majara walli gali, Dehradun”, 3 times they have come and checked the product but they are not able to fix it properly.
• First time they made the excuses of Less gas in the AC
• Second time they took the A.C with them and said some oil leakage was there.
• Third time they again checked and said that we have to fill the gas again, it’s all happened in the period of one month. From last month the A.C is not working at all but they are not replacing it. This is the height of unprofessionalism.
• Even they are not responding to the call immediately, every time they are having excuses.
Dealer is not taking the responsibility of the product and service centre too. Now we have only one choice which we don’t want to do but these people are forcing us to do that “CONSUMER FORUM or filing case against the product”
Kindly help us to resolve it smoothly. Its no doubt that in future we will never go for Electrolux products and same will recommend to our relatives and so on. It’s not because of company but the services which basically they are rendering.
