URGENT ACTION NEEDED

If we book a new vehicle they charge 235 rs compulsary more then the original bill cost, if ask any query for this problem they wont deliver the bike and We disappointed because of worst service they wont even change the oil but charge amount for that too.THE CUSTOMER BOOK A VEHICLE they tell it will deliver after a month but the executives give delivery with in a weak after getting the commision of rs 500 from their customer. This is regarding Palanyappas Motors Dindigul and with the knowledge of the M.D. and this mistakes are because of running lots of business than this dealer ship example this owner having MF tractor dealer and castrol oil dealer, Nokia, Acchi Masala dealers and also having Steel factory.
dont take it as an usual one it is a customer problem. If you get this problem to herohonda we are really happy
