libelous information

CLASS ACTION AGAINST SPOKE SOFTWARE - spoke software is a complete scam, they post false information about individuals and will not remove the information even after going through the necessary steps as listed on their website, i am putting together a class action suit against this company for posting libelous information. Anybody who has been affected by this company please contact this post in order to join this soon to be very large lawsuit .

Automatic Payments

I called the 650 213-0600 to cancel my trial period offer with Spoke back in June 2009 and the customer representative said that they would cancel my subscription. I am still receiving automatic withdrwals from this company. I called again at that number and it is disconnected.
