After 3 years saving money I purchased Kia Sportage 4wd 2700cc in December 2009 VIN number is: 6146225. It has got a problem in gearbox. Transmission system got defect and has abnormal sound during acceleration. So I took my car for repair warranty to Kia service station in Mashhad. They did not agree with gearbox complete replacement and say it takes at least one month to repair. Because of that very poor service, I got the car out and sent it to one of the representations of Kia (Atlas Khodro) located in Tehran. Now the car has stopped in the repair shop from (November 08, 2010). They don’t agree too, and after 4 weeks they told me requested part with code: (transfer case 47300-39200) is not available and I have to wait until unknown time. I will be thankful for your response to my request for complete replacement. I really need my car.
