Some days ago I went to Ross to buy sports clothes. It was crowded and there were long lines (half an hour the wait). I bought a sweatshirt and its matching sweatpants. Once at home I realized that I got the wrong size so I came back to the store three days later to return them. Once there they told me that they were not going to receive the items because they did not match. I said it was not my fault that the items got misplaced but even with my explanation they still refused to take the items back. At the end they told me to get back the next day to talk to a manager but thought it was not worth it all. I'd rather donate the clothes than having the store people telling me that it is my fault. It is not worth it the waiting, the gass and getting mad. Bye, bye Ross
