I took my tennis racket to restring at sportsauthority on 09/20/2009. When they put the order of work they told me it would be ready by 09/23/2009(Wednesday).
I called them on Wednesday afternoon and they confirmed that the racket was fixed and I could go there to pick it up. When I got to the store the racket was still broken. I finally found the gentleman who answered my call that afternoon. The excuse he gave me is that they were over swamped and somebody signed off my order of work although nothing has been done.
Their service really sucks! How can they tell a customer something is done in fact nothing happens yet.
