I purchased 3 lavender plants. When they arrived they were nothing but 3 dead, brown, dried up sticks in dirt I planted them anyway hoping they would somehow come back to life but nothing happened. I called the company and they offered to send me new plants or my money back, which I chose my money back. I am still waiting for the refund. After the fact I looked at the web site and saw the complaints regarding the same thing. Why would they still send out dead plants and go through he bother of having all the complaints.

ordered plants from a circular they sent out by mail on March 22nd 2009. they cashed the check on april 2nd 2009 for 22.95. nevere received the plants. tried to call them and keep getting cut off. i don't like getting ripped off and will persue it to the end no matter what it costs.
