The service provided was in no way worth what I paid for it
The young people employed by SpringMasters were friendly, professional and efficient. My complaint is not with them at all, but with the service. I paid in late April for aeration, dethatching and the dethatching upgrade which involves overseeding. The salesman performed the aeriation on the spot. He promised the dethatching and overseeding would take place within two weeks. I wanted only my front lawn done - it is 30x40. Small, to say the least. Yesterday, well over 3 weeks past the time I contracted, and past the prime time for the service to be provided, a team showed up to dethatch the lawn. They began working on our front lawn and also on the back lawn, which we didn't want worked on because we are removing the grass this year. They had no instructions about performing the overseeding, though when I showed them the contract they agreed to do it. The overseeding, it turns out, does not include the provision of soil or watering of anything. Kind of pointless, especially at this point in the season...And I felt badly for the workers; both young women asked if they could use our washroom, which confirms for me the information I just read here about workers not getting breaks or access to bathrooms. I made phone calls to the company at the beginning of the month to ask when they would be coming to finish the service I'd contracted for at the end of April and they were incredibly unhelpful. The service provided was in no way worth what I paid for it. Yes, I should have inquired more thoroughly into what exactly I was paying for - now I've learned. I certainly won't be using their services again.

No Service
This company is doing lawn service, there representative came on the door (commission based) and took order for Lawn service for the whole year under the Master plan. We called them several times to do the aeration, there is no one physically available to talk to you, it is always answering service, never to deal with them they are fraud. Eventually we decided to cancel the service and ask for refund of money, they cut part of money and send rest of it saying that we had given you service, we called them and said we did not get any service they said we will look into matter and eventually it is almost two weeks but no reply. Take my honest opinion and dont deal with this company.
