I had this company come out and install a sprinkler system, all the time the owner stated that he understood my concerns for plants.
I also paid extra to route the system so that it would not encroach onto my neighbors property.

When they were done, I had plants just sitting on the dirt, not re-planted, lily bulbs laying all over.
they ran the system through my neighbors property. totally disregarding the bid.

a few months later, I called because the system was not watering well. lots of dry areas, called, was told someone would be out
no one showed up or called. took the whole summer to get a few heads replaced. and nothing was done about the poor watering.
I spent the summer hand watering where I thought the system would do the work for me.,

this year, start up the system, same problem with same heads, was told someone would come out
no one showed up, no one called. and I'm getting emails requesting that I sign up for their wonder services!!!

finally the owner came out, stated he would make things right, at this point, I'm considering having them do the
winterizing, but, low and behold, they send me a bill for what they did, even though I was led to believe that this
was to correct poor service and poor installation, not to mention that they said they guarantee the work and materials for 5 years.

but the catch is, if you don't agree to pay for more bad service, the 5 year warranty is void!!!

If you want a sprinkler system, DO NOT HIRE this company!!! you'll regret it as soon as they walk away.
