I have had numerous problems with sprint but this was the end of the road for me. I recieved my may bill with an extra $50 dollar charge for something known as thumb chat. When i called CS i asked the CSR what thumb chat was and he told me he didn't know, so i proceeded to ask him how they could charge me for something that he didn't even know what it was he then tells me that "well its on your account so it must be valid" wtf? I try and tell him i have no idea what it was, he then tells me that somebody in my family must have put it on my phone. First of all my phone is with me at all times, and second of all i'm the only one authorized to put anything on my account. After telling him all that he then proceeds to call me a liar and say that i'm must be looking for a way to get out of paying my bill. After a few choice words from me which i won't say on here i proceed to hang up. Sprint is one of the worst companies i have ever dealt with. I will be ending this contract ASAP.
