I have a charge of $26.99 on my SPRINT cell phone bill from a CSW? Sprint says they do not know what CSW is. It is a 3rd party fee I have to pay. When I asked the representative " Sprint wants me to pay SPRINT for something they can not tell me what it is'? The representative checked with their supervisor and returned to the phone and said "YES, You Have To Pay SPRINT 26.99 and Sprint has no Idea what it is or if you even requested services from CSW" It gets better- this was on a phone line that was not in service 352-476-4299 and75% of the time their representatives are in Costa Rica, India etc... and speak very poor English at best.
