Why would Sprint make a phone that is non-upgradable/!! My LG phone is completely damaged. The battery/phone only works when you keep the charger in it - HOW AWFUL!!! Ok, fine, the refurbished piece of @#$ish doesn't work - soooo I go into a SPRINT CORPORATE store and try to purchase a NEW battery for the piece of $%$#ish LG phone. What a joke!!! Not only do they NOT have a battery, they NO longer make the damn phone!! I am upset because I am stuck in a 2-year contract with this piece of $%ish cell phone company with a phone that does not work, that I can't get an upgrade on and that I can't even buy parts for if the phone starts falling apart BEFORE the frikkin contract is up!!! tell me if this is fair or what?! So pretty much, like most businesses who only think of themselves and front like they care about their customers, I will have to buy a new SPRINT PHONE - just what they want me to do - spend more money i really don'thave - on a new product - in order to get phone service - of course, what i really want to do is scrap the phone service all together - but i'm stuck in a 2-year contract (the phone was purchased and the plan started in October 2010 - which means the rerfurbished piece of $%$ish worked for nearly 8 months!!! And after 8 months and paying $350 to get three phones, and three sprint lines started, i have to BUY A NEW PHONE!!! leeches, greedy, selfish, scumbags!!!
