I've been with sprint for 6 years on the Family plan recently my daughter phone broke so i got her a new one when i receive my bill i was charged 10 dollars extra they say for PREIUM DATA i was like what i pay for everything data now every month my bill is an extra 10 dollars a month now if me or my other daughter phone break or lost that will cost me another 20 dollars sprint is a rip off i'm very upset about these charges they said these change happen in January whrere i dont even remember anything in mail or text about now i need to get out of this contract your bill is not supposed to go up when your in a contract i thought now mym bill is almost 200 dollars amonth for the family plan thats crazy thought i was a loyal customer yeh right got to get out of that contract

Cancellation Practices
I was on a month to month contract with Spring after my two year contract. After choosing a different (better) service provider, I called Spring to cancel my service. I called Sprint and explained I had a contract with another service. I assumed with no contract, I could just walk away as I had been lead to beleive. What I found out was somewhat different. I had almost three weeks left on my billing cycle and Sprint does not cancel any bill until the next billing cycle. How convenient for Sprint. This amounted to a three week penalty to get out from under Sprint service even though I was no longer using their service and had no agreement in place..
I finally received my last bill for .21 cents and they woudl like me to send them a $1.00 to satisfy my .21 cent bill. And this company can't figure out why people elave and do not come back.

I have contacted sprint on a charge of $9.99 plus tax $11.20. This service is called skyalert... I ask sprint what this was'
sprint has no clue.. They did say it was a 3rd party charge.. Sprint said they would correct this...Sprint is going to
lose a good customer. I have is charge again on my bill. After I was told it wilkl not appear again.

I am beyond upset about the horrendous service I've received from Sprint PCS. For the last 2 months I've had the Sprint phone plan we've paid almost 3 times the amount we were supposed because of going over in minutes. Ok so try and call to get your minutes increase-- GOOD LUCK!! Finally I get through after waiting for over an hour only to find out that for last 2 months the minutes have increase and the prices have stayed the same but NOBODY from the company has contacted us to tell us of this fact-- that's complete CRAP. What are they trying to do rip off their customers?? Then I finally do get to talk to some complete JERK customer service rep after my waiting and I almost came unglued. The icing on the cake-- I can't even find where to go online to let them know how unsatisfied I am with there company. Come on now this is a multi-million dollar corporation I expect more!!!

People, please stop using Sprint! do you not watch TV or listen to the radio? they have been rated the worst cell phone company, based on contracts, and customer service.Look how they canceled all those customers, for their repeated complaints, what does that alone tell you? its always on the news, what garbage they have now done to customers, the only way to stop Sprint, is to stop feeding their piggy bank. There is plenty of other good providers, take the power from Sprint, by not giving them buisness.

Bad customer service experience
Sprint is threatening to cancel my cell phone service or send my account to collections over 27 cents. Today I discovered that I underpaid last month's Sprint cell phone bill by 27 cents. I went on my online banking site and scheduled a payment of one dollar and called Sprint to advise them of the payment since there was a note on their website saying schedule a payment to avoid interruption of service. When I called customer service and explained what happened I was initially asked if I was calling to set up a payment plan. I actually laughed then explained no I didn't need a payment plan for 27 cents, I was calling to let them know the payment would be posting from my bank in a couple of days. I was placed on hold while he checked to see if this was going to be an issue. When he got back on the line he said he would have to call me back the next day to let me know if everything would be okay with the account. So I said surely my service would not be interrupted over 27 cents. He said he it could either be interrupted or sent to collections since it was past due. I said "really you would interrupt my service or send me to collections over 27 cents". He said he would have to call me tomorrow to let me know for sure. I told him that to put a note in my file that if my service was interrupted or my account was sent to collection I would be cancelling my service. I wished him a good day and hung up. Almost instantly my cell phone rang and it was the Rep asking if all my issues been resolved. I said no they have not. You're telling me that I could lose service or be sent to collection for 27 cents - no way have you resolved my issues. He said well I won't know if there is a problem until tomorrow, I said that was unacceptable and asked him again to make a note in my account that if either of those things happened I would be cancelling my service. He asked if I wanted to speak to a supervisor. The supervisor came on the line and it was pretty much the same thing. He went on to explain that the account was 10 days past due (again we are talking about 27 cents) and that by tomorrow it could be flagged for supsension but it would take 5-10 days for that to happen and they should have the payment by then so everything would be okay. I could not believe what I was hearing - so I thanked him for his explanation and let him know that I understood that they had to do what they had to do on their end, but if my service is interrupted or sent to cancellation I would be cancelling my service. Mind you we have been with them for over 10 years and always pay our bill on time. I actually expected them to say they would just carry the 27 cents on to the next bill. So I was baffled at what I was being told. They send me text messages soliciting things I have no interest in but you can't text me to let me know my service may be interrupted over 27 cents. And this is how you treat good customers - wow!

incompetent thieves
Called to cancel service with sprint, spent over an hour on the phone with them. They screwed it up and added plans to each of the lines instead of canceling them. Had to call back and waste another 45 minutes on the phone with them. Asked for them to fix it and cancel service for 5/31 when I originally asked for them to do it, told they can not do this, now it has to be for the end of the month. Sent to another dept and then another and supposedly with a supervisor who tells me YES, he can do it but will not do it. His name was Benjamin #428018, said he was in Flordia. Sounded like an immigrant to me, mastery of the english language was severely lacking. Did not talk to one person who could clearly speak english. How can they get away with such terrible service?

Poor Customer Service/Support
I'm not happy with Sprint! I've been a customer for9 years and I feel like I just keeping getting the run-around! I've had NUMEROUS problems with the Instinct (It's been replaced 13 times). Each time I speak with a rep, they agree that the phone was not what it was promised to be. I have been out of my contract for 2 1/2 years and decided to upgrade my phone as I had a $150 upgrade credit. Yet, when I purchased the phone there was no credit on the account. I spoke with numerous customer no service reps and each time they just kept saying the upgrade is for a new phone. DUH!! Today, at 12:30, I talked to Karen in Customer Retentions and she told me that I was going to get an upgrade and that the phone would be free. She tranferred me to telephone sales and the rep at telephone sales said that there was nothing noted on the account. This is after Karen told me she got approval from her direct supervisor. I called to cancel my account (as this was the umpteenth time I've had an issue with Sprint that wasn't resolved). A rep answered the phone and I asked to speak with Karen in customer retention. I was told that there were 4 different call centers and that the rep wouldn't be able to transfer me. I was told by Amy that there was no record of the conversation in the notes!! Very frustrating since I spoke with Karen an hour before. I was told by Amy that she saw a record of the conversation with the rep I spoke with prior to Karen and a record of conversation I had with the rep after I spoke with Karen! ARGGHHHH!! Ready to jump ship to a different carrier

No Cell Service
We have been a Sprint customer for about 12 years we even have a Sprint tower in our back yard. April 20 was the start of no cell service in our area for well over a month. Every time I would call they would say there is a ticket out there and they are working on it and would tell me it is estimated to be back up in a couple days. This went on for weeks. They also told us it affected 3 zip codes in my area so not only were our 5 phones with out service but everyone in the area or traveling on US 23 had no service. I called numerous times and when I asked about a credit they offered me $15 dollars off my bill. You've got to be kidding I told them. No service and I had no land line and I have a child with Type 1 diabetes and I needed phone service. No one at Sprint seemed to care. This pushed us to making the switch to a different carrier. Now I am left with over $500 of phone fees for early termination when in fact Sprint could uphold their end and did not provide service for over a month. Very Frustrated with Sprint!!!
