Horrible Customer Service
I've been a loyal Sprint customer for over five years, but EVERY time I try and talk to their Customer Service department I get the run-around. This past summer, despairing over my ever larger bill, I finally found someone (after almost 2 hrs. on the phone) who notified me for the FIRST time that as a public school teacher I was entitled to a 15% discount...imagine...I'd been questioning my bill for years and it took five years to find this person! Then, as I called again six months later, I find that ONE month after they put this discount on, they took it off, via a message on p. 2 of my bill...disgusting. I am now writing this as I hold once again awaiting a supervisor, who I've already been told, "Cannot adjust your account in any way, but will listen to you." Great...here's my response...

Takes my money and won't provide a phone that works
I purchased a Samsung Intercept phone from Sprint. This phone is fundamentally flawed. It does not have enough memory to act as a functional smart phone. It often does not let me answer a call or just simply crashes. At first I thought the problem was me because it was my first Android phone. I worked with their technical people for about 45 days. They provided some 'fixes' that required me to manually clear the memory. Finally I realized the phone was junk but Sprint now claims that because more than 30 days have transpired I am stuck with this junker of a phone. I pay over $2000/year for my family to use cellphones so it would cost me a lot of money to walk away. All I am asking is that they allow me to buy another phone at the discounted price. I was even willing to eat the cost of this phone. Sprint won't budge. They are a disgraceful company.

Customer Service
I am a 58 year old man with a heart condition.. 2 heart attacks in the last 5 years and 4 stints in my heart. My cell phone is my only lifeline, as I live alone and do not have a land line. Four days ago, my cell phone went dead and would not take a charge. I went to the Sprint store where it was purchased, but the store was no longer there. I went to the nearest store from there, but they said they could not help me and I would have to go across town to be helped. I went there and after a long wait, I explained that my phone was dead . They gave me a partially charged battery and told me to go home and charge it completely overnight. I did and by noon the next day it was completely dead again and would not take a charge. I went back to the store and the process was duplicated again with the same results. On my third trip across town they told me that it would take a day or two to get me a new phone and I would simply have no phone service until then. There were phones all over the store, but for some reason they refused to give me a new phone then and there, even though I had explained that I had a serious medical condition and that the phone was my only lifeline as well as my only means of communication with my clients and employer. At this point I had no choice but to make a scene... in fact I had to make a scene several times to receive the service that I should have had in the first place. It turns out that there were several other customers who were dissatisfied with their service and before long we banded together in a corner of the store. It took that much pressure to finally get a new phone. Once home, I realized that they did not transfer the memory containing my client list. Another trip across town to get my memory transfered to the new phone. Four days later I finally got satisfaction. Will Spint ever learn that customer satisfaction is key to a successful business? Sprint would rather pinch pennies than give good service. When my contract expires, I'm moving my phone service to Verizon.

Rip off
I'm being billed from november 29-december 24 & december 25-january 24.I payed a total of $154.72 on january 19 after resolving the issue with a representative, but obviously my new bill came out so it was'nt resolved. The bill was $641.79, i received credits totalling $487.07, leaving me a balance of $154.72 wherein i paid it.Now i have a bill for $171.45 due on february 14, still not correct i was informed i received insurance on both my cell lines so they charged me twice for insurance, why is that? So why did i pay for insurance on the 19 of january. The bill for on the 01/19/2011 was suppose to be $25.99+25.99+51.99+4+1+.69+7+$4.99+taxes totalling $13.83 based on my current bill, that would total to $135.48, my biiling cycle would start on the 25 of every month but in november it started on the 29 instead so its not a full month bill. This month i see $171.45 instead of 159.99 how i calculate it was $29.99+$29.99+$59.99+$4.99+$7+$7+$7+$6.70+$7.13.The adjustments was for terminating my contract which i still have and going to keep including keeping my insurances as always i've been with sprint since january 17, 2004.Also before they listen they telling you what's infront of them as if i'm stupid i know what i'm suppose to be paying for not someone telling me what's shown that's nuts after all the emails and calling still not resolved, if i cant resolve this im going to look for help else where in other places and make sure i have all my proof

My phone is the samsung exclaim, the repairss are on tHE plug in for the charging system, Every time I go in for some kind of repair, the torrance store on torrance blvd, say they cannot fix this phone today, but we have order the parts and com back in2-3 days and it will be fixed. when you look at the shevles behind the service window all of the boxes that should have parts in them, are all m.t .. What -- people from sprint work there everyday and don't know how to stock inventory for work needed to make repairs, what lazy people? . there thinking that I pay 8.00dollars a month for repairs, my time is not cheap.if sprint wants me for a customers then stock or shelves or get people that can. STOP WASTING MY TIME FOR YOUR LAZY WORKERS OR DON'T CHARGE ME 8;00 DOLLARS A MONTH FOR YOU R SERVICES...

Evo 4g
I have been having problems with the Evo 4g not taking clear pictures or videos. Everything is pink. I've spoken with technical support and visited a service center in person but to no avail. I either get a representative who says they can send me a refurbished model (I bought my brand new the first week it came out), or someone at the service center who continues to provide "hard resets". Why can't I just get another new phone? Sprint obviously can't fix this problem yet they continue to have me call or got to a service center. What can I do legally at this point? Is there an existing class action suit on this piece of junk phone? I guess I should cancel Sprint's service all together and purchase an Iphone.

Customer service issue
I recently received a replacement broadband card from the Sprint corporate store located at 3242 W Lake St, Minneapolis, MN 55416. The card works great, but the store called me a month later to say that they had made a mistake and gave me a display model that they were not allowed to sell. They also failed to process the exchange properly and require me to go back to the store with the device currently on my account and the defective device since they were not authorized to give me the device. The associate Amy Jo informed me that I must return the device to the store or they will place a security alert on my account and involve the police. Basically, they intend to shut off the service THEY CONNECTED with a device THEY GAVE ME in order to punish me for a mistake THEY MADE. I have to drive 45 minutes to get to the store or risk being arrested for possessing a device that was not stolen but given freely and activated by 2 different representatives of a company that I pay for a service. I was also informed after speaking to customer service for 2.5 hours that there is no venue other than the website for customers to complain about specific stores or associates.

Roaming fees
My complaint is being punished because I live next to the Canadian border... I never call Canada... don't off the top of my head know anyone who live in Canada... so when I get roaming fees because I use my cellphone near my home or my sons home (who lives just down the road and suffers the same problem..) I don't think I should have to pay roaming fees when they advertise there excellent coverage across the country... but wait ..if you live near a border.. we will charge you extra for every minute you use your phone because you chose to live near the border and apparently our nearest cellphone tower in the state isn't as near as one in Canada...
Okay lets see if we as the consumer wait till we get our bill and see roaming fees and then have to figure out how to change our phone to only pick up from Sprint towers? So we pay for a phone and a service that apparently they don't provide... as advertised...
I'm not asking for something for nothing I'm asking for the service I pay for... there that's my complaint.

Defective Phone
UN-FREAKING-BELIEVEABLE...! SPRINT MAKES ME SICK! My Wife's phone is LESS THAN A WEEK OLD & defective.

Fine, I get that but now, 2 separate stores, the one in Bloomingdale on Army Trail road AND the one in Addison on Lake St BOTH tell Me that since they are NOT corporate stores, they CANNOT exchange this BRAND NEW, DEFECTIVE phn!

Instead, I must drive to Rolling Meadows, ANOTHER 40-mins away...WTF happened to Customer Service?!?!?!
