poor service reception
I HAVE BEEN HAVING SERVICE PROBLEMS WITH SPRINT PHONES FOR THE PAST TWO MONTHS. I HAVE SPOKEN WITH SEVERAL REPRESENTATIVES, TECHINCAL SERVICE PERSONS AND SUPERVISORS. THEY ALL TELL ME THAT THE SERIVCE SHOULD OR MAY BE RESTORED BY MARCH OF 2011. THE MAIN PROBLEM IS THEY REFUSED TO GIVE CREDIT TO MY ACCOUNT FOR THIS DISRUPTION OF SERVICE AND THEY INSIST THAT THE BILL BE PAID IN FULL MONTHLY ON TIME. THEY TELL ME TO TAKE THE PHONE INTO A SERIVCE CENTER AND THE SERVIE CENTER TELLS ME TO PAY $50.00 WITH MY INCUSRANCE AND THEY WILL SEND IT OUT FOR THE MAIN COMPANY TO LOOK AT IT. IT IS NOT ONLY MY PHONE BUT MY HUSBANDS AND SEVERAL OF MY FRIENDS AS WELL. CUSTOMERS SHOULD BE REIMBURSED FOR DROPPED CALLS, TEXT MESSAGES NOT COMING THROUGH, VOICE MAILS DELAYED OR NOT BEING RECIEVED, NETWORK ALWAYS BEING BUSY AND CALLS NOT BEING ABLE TO GO THROUGH.

lack of service
Had Sprint Phone service for 2 years. Numerous complaints were made about bad cell phone service, calls dropped, no service, etc etc
Stood outside in my driveway, 1 am, on a cold night, due to lack of service inside my home, to explain my problems to one of their agents. Nothing done again. Call dropped feature to get me credit, ha, what a joke. Calls were dropped while trying to get credit.
Finally, after 2 years with this crap, I switched to Verizon. Verizon's agent told me he cancelled the service for us. Well, still getting bills from Sprint for service not received within the past 2 months. Sprint is not issuing any credit for the past two months of service we haven't had with them. What a bummer. Stay away from Sprint . THEY DO NOT CARE IF YOU HAVE COMPLAINTS! JUST KEEP SENDING THEM THE MONEY.
