We were in the Bahamas on vacation for five nights. We had to leave our cell phone turned on as we learned we had an ill family member at home in the U.S. During three of the five nights we were on vacation, Sprint texted us to inform us of the international charges - the same text each time. The texts arrived at 3 a.m., 4 a.m., and 5 a.m. on different nights. Just incredible that Sprint can't get their service/texts right; they said it must have been an error and that the texts were shown as "not received" so were re-sent. Whatever - we were exhausted. Sprint will not waive our cancellation fee nor credit our account for these near-daily middle-of-the-night wakenings.
