i was sent a message on my phone that said i had been subscribed to a ringtone package, when i never accepted anything and i was billed $19.99. i sent a message to cancell and stop the subscription but i was still charged. my phone works like a prepaid plan so that money that was taken off has caused me to not be able to use my phone. i want this fixed immediatly! if not there will be legal action taken. i expect the money to be returned to my account!
