sprint keeps sending me the same phone even though it breaks every few months. I am on my third palm pixi. I do not abuse or mistreat the phone. The phone power-cycles, the mute toggle switch activates by itself and yesterday the p, d and space buttons would not work. Every time i have a problem I spend hours on the phone with sprint. To anyone who values their time save yourself the headache and DON'T BUY SPRINT PRODUCTS!!!
