I do not have spyhunter on my labtop no more so can you refund the money you charge me as its not in use no more
and remove debit card so more payment go out

I originally purchased the software in July 2009 and was charged $29.99. I cancelled my subscription February 2010. I was then charged $29.95 in July 2010. I thought it was interesting that they changed the amount, I'm sure to ensure that the charge would go through. I called1-800-999-2734 today and talked to a person who said I would be refunded in 5-7 days and they did send a follow up email stating that my subscription had been cancelled (AGAIN). We'll see if the refund goes through. If not, I can have that charge removed through my credit union "charge back". The email to contact them if needed is Reg.Net [[email protected]]. On the 25th February 2010, there was a debit made to our account of $34.58 Australian dollars to DRI SPYHUNTER USA. This is appalling, this company are thieves! And whats more they are almost impossible to contact to find out about what is going on! This company and their fraudulent tactics want shutting down and being held accountable. This is not alright no matter now small the sum.

I first found this on google and thinking it legitamate ordered a copy of the program for $29.99--but the program did not do anything useful and provided no phone number to complain to. This all occured during a period when my computer was badly virus infected (and still is) Based on other complaints on this site it apperas that this not a legitimate company. I wish to have this charge removed as soon as possible.

I paid for SpyHunter and used it to remove Vlob virus. Worked fine, but now I can't even open SpyHunter. How can I get in touch with them to cancel their service before they bill me again? I have not found a way to contact them or their customer service office. Thanks!
