I don't think Dan should have retracted his earlier complaint or praised Spystores.com or Simon Wilby and everything he said is correct and he is not the only one out there. I have had my own dealing with Spystores.com and Simon Wilby and have done a lot of investigating to find out there are many more of us with the same story, so please, do not think Simon Wilby or Spystores.com is anything but a shaddy compay and a very shady person running it.

My story goes back to April/03. We set up a company to sell and distribute Spystore.com/ Simon Wilby products at a very large startup expense and Simon Wilby was our direct contact. I must grant at first he was what you would think as the greatest guy, you could always get a hold of him etc. Number one flag should have been this always having to be cash or money order with Simon Wilby, so we issued money orders and cash to purchase supplies for our store and things were going pretty good however we had to continually follow up with every purchase of product because it never showed up on time and were led on for weeks but eventually it would show up until our last order in the tune of about $7, 000.00 that is owing to us for product never received. Phone calls to Simon Wilby have gone on for months, sometimes getting a hold of him and he would advise that he shipped or it was being shipped or it was lost or it was sent – “Didn't you get it?", then the phone number would be no longer in service, then we would find out new phone number and go through same thing over again. This has gone on for a year. As to this date there has been no product received, no resolution to this situation and no $7, 000.00 returned to us. Dan is right about Simon Wilbys “Simon Wilby displays the classic con-man traits, with many imaginary connections with the FBI and RCMP. Anyone who has seen 'True Lies' will quickly see the similarities between Spystores' Simon, and the Simon character from the movie, " he has repeated to me the same thing over and over again.

Simon Wilby has also been very rude to me on any phone conversations we had including swearing at me and yelling threats at me and again quoting he has friends in the FBI, RCMP etc and has basically told me to pound sand as far as my money. I to am at the point of no return and will be sending this case along with another case from the US for $13, 000.00 who also has never seen the product he ordered or received his money back to the Edmonton City Police Fraud Department.
