fraud thiefs squarefoot illegal properties
they are Frauds.. all know who is sqft props.. those who wrote good reviews- if any of you have guts give your flat num and telephone number.. squarefoot frauds hired group of peoples to write a good reviews abt their company. .. Bunch of thieves and frauds... dont ever pay single penny and fall into their trap... i still didnt get my monmey back...a request to website administrator. Please check all the good reviews its written by same ip.. Guys.. Pls dont fall into their trap..
problem same with all of us.. v all can join together and take severe action against those frauds..i have all the Emails and sms chains exchanged awith sqft properties.. today i spoken to sachin and he told me u r a ordinary person..u r bugging me for ten thousand and writing reviews in net.. we will not refund money.. he threatened me and used bad words... i recorded that call..i have all the prrof against them.

Not only parijatha - all properties sold by squarefooty are illegal. As per BBMP law only 0123 - 4 floors are approved in all over Bangalore.. they are selling only illegal flats.. sachin is no.1 fraud,thief,blood sucker..dont fall in his trap..i lost 10000 .. aftr seeing my revies many cal'd me and many lost 2 lacs,5 lacs etc..still i didnt get my 10k..

Best home by Square foot
hi i bought a flat through squarefoot developers one of their project indraprastha located in kasthuri nagar.
They told the registration document will be given with i9n 45 days. i have received it before 45 days. When i tried to go to registration office to cross check, I found that the flat was registered in my name and that officials are giving right informations . Square foot properties are very helpful clearing my doubts. Thanks to square foot Properties.

enriching experience with Squarefoot
I thought i also need to my experience with you all. I stay in andrabi classic at hormao. Its almost five and half years that i have cmpleted staying here and i must say that the experience has been very nice even though i had to bear the one year delay in the project. the rooms are spacious and most of the intricate details had been though except for the landscaping which requires improvement. there could have been more landscape lights outside, in the landscape area. I had not had any major complaints till date and same is the case with my neighbours. we are all very happy with the way this building has standing for the last five years and require low maintanance cost. the minor complaints were registered with customer care cell and were promptly carried out by the maintanence team.
I would definetly recommend sobha homes to my friends since i am satisfied with my living at my apartment in andrabi classic. I am happy that one of my relatives has invested in another square foot Property in marathahalli.

very nice flat by squarefoot
I would like to promote recently i bought one flat there are so many specifications and amenities. So many amenities are available in the flat so that I am very happy with the flat. and it is also approved by several banks and so that i got loan easily. And the prices of this flat is very less when comparing with other builders. So I like to promote the apartment. You can go yourself to check the builders it seems to be a good project...

Just go for it
Square foot is builders and developers based in around bangalore. very very professional in approach and complete trustworthy. They have their project in Silkboard (sri hari nivas paradise).we really liked the project and more than that the people are very friendly and trustworthy to deal with. Our first interaction was wonderful, but we were cautious and had second visit and found the same level of professionalsim and same level of commitments. we were impressed and did the booking and referred few more friends.One of the friend was looking to get the loan financed from one of the leading nationalized bank with the help of Square foot. and he booked a flat. they gave him complete piece of mind and time to work out with the bank. Excellent people to deal with, trustworthy, committed and very customer friendly. and still one more month i will be my own flat.I am delighted and happy to refer Squarefoot to my family and friends. Go ahead, dealing with them will be a pleasure for you as well like me:):).

Eco friendly home
After browsing through many housing projects in Bangalore, I came across this project in Marathahalli which met all my requirements. The project is a residential complex located right on the old airport road. It has the best of amenities and is particularly a luxury living experience. The booking for the first phase of the project begun on 16 march 2010 which would include the residential complex and will be followed by Multistory apartment near the place. Square foot Properties promised to make the home beautiful made with eco friendly products and they deliver what they promise. Certain special amenities like vehicle free podium, backyard for every cluster of homes and rain water harvesting. The project definitely looks promising and I would suggest people to go for it if they are looking for good living.

best dream home to my life by square foot

I am extreamly happy with square foot Developer's project parijatha. to the wonderful people at Square foot developers yes it is.. and also the right place to live in. I am exactly happy with the timely delivery of keys to me. Apartments in Squarefoot Developers.. I am very much impressed by his due diligence and his sense of responsiblity.. Thanks to staffs at square foot Developers. From our first meeting with their team, we were impressed with the willingness to listen to our thoughts and ideas on how our new home should be. Alterations were welcomed and easily incorparated without any fuss from their team. We felt as through we were part of the team like.
