Horrible Company/Service

Should have known when I found out this insurance lead generation company had a D rating but it seemed like a great list with really good garauntees. It turned out to be too good to be true. I bought a list of 100 names for $300 that were people who had supposedly mailed back a survey wanting life insurance. The gauruntee was if you didn't make $3500 commissions in 90 days after calling every name at least once you could get a full refund. Well, I have been trying to contact them for about 2 months now to get my money back after not making a single appointment from the list. None of these people remembered a survey and one lady even sold life insurance. I can't get reach anyone by calling or emailing!! Very upset and if you are considering doing business with them do yourself a favor and don't. I don't even know if they are still in "business." It's pretty much a SCAM!!

Too Good to Be True Scam

I've read many complaints about SRC Leads (a/k/a SRC List). Here's a "too good to be true" scam that SRC List tried to pull on me. First, I was contacted by a salesman via email about an offer for insurance leads. The deal was $5/lead for the first order and $20 or $30/lead for subsequent orders (both numbers were quoted in different parts of the email offer). The salesman identified 1002 leads in six local counties, and he wrote that these leads were the product of 1.4 million surveys.

When the salesman and I spoke by phone, I kept negotiating with him until he offered all 1002 names for $1/lead. That means that the company supposedly conducted 1400 surveys to produce 1 lead that they are willing to sell for $1. I don't think so.
