A search under SSMF Inc. on this board says it all. A company that exists simply to take deposits of innocent victims wishing to protect their homes with no intent to ever deliver on their contract.

A recent visit to their office reveals that they are leaving and that the 5025 N. Hiatus Road address is now operated by "new owners". The name is too similar and quite suspicious. Probably new name with new "front" officers up to the same old tricks.

I wrote to Channel 10 news. Recommendation by them:

Report to the Sunrise Police dept 954-746-3600
Report them as well to the Department of Professional Regulation (Bryan Hernandez is the General Contractor)
File a report with the Federal Trade Commission
File a report with the Broward County Consumer Services
Report to the BBB
