Do not do business with these people. Worst customer service ever! Every time I call they get worse and worse. I dread calling because I always hang-up furious. When I placed an order they said they would do everything to get it out as quickly as possible. A few days later they sent an email with a picture of my product that was incorrect. I called, several days later I got another email with the correct design. They tell me on Friday they can give me a ship date...they didn't...etc..it has been 3 weeks and my product still hasn't shipped (their recording says 3 day turn-around, yeah right). They say it is shipping today. I wouldn't put money on it. I am only using them because my boy scout troop used them in the past and they had our art work. You will get a different story every time you call always with the tone that it is quite reasonable. Be prepared to be put on hold over and over. How they stay in business, I don't know. I will NEVER call them again - btw, I'm still waiting for my products :-)
