Strightalk is a friggin nightmare. Everything I read on this board regarding the runaround is right on target. I am not going to write a lengthy report because I don't think anyone can hold them responsible. If anyone does know how to get them penalized or have their license taken away, let me know. Class action? Pro Bono. Yes, it's a scam and the fact that they are still rolling along is pathetic.
I will get another phone because I realize I will never get one from them.
Yesterday I was told it was being sent Fed Ex and I would have it today. Nada. I called for the 20th time and was asked a wave of questions that are rote and 3min. holdtimes and she asked me details and I told her she should be the one telling me the details. So she gave me a fake routing number. It doesn't exist.
It is circular logic that is similar to waterboarding. Dates, addresses, code number crap and then you are punished and put on hold. I told her I was taking notes like I did yesterday. Including per min. it took her to accomplish. I also told her I was filing a formal complaint in writing. She said ok. I sure ain't her friggin problem. Done.
Take them down.
