I joined Stamps.com in 2009. At first I was paying $17 + each month and didn't use the service that much, so called to cancel membership, they then talked me into a $10 per month membership. I printed out stamps fine, then at Christmas time, tried their evelope stamping software test. I could not print stamps since. I sent in the forms printed from theor site for over $44 worth of unprinted stamps, all I got was a letter saying the refund wwas denied.
At that time I also requested, in writing, cancelation of membership. I continued to get bills and still do, even though they caused me to cancel my credit card, they just keep sending additional bills adding each month, ignoring my repeated requests for cancellation and repeated requests for the $44 they owe ME!

Trust me on this- STAY AWAY from Stamps.com- go to usps for needed service!!!
