I hate this store the people who work here especially the store manager who has no respect for customers and has no idea what customer service is. I have had the worst experience of my life and was never so embarrassed or insulted before. He provided me with contradictory and erroneous information regarding the receipt of a part and was yelling at me when I asked for the status of the receipt to be given to me. Finally he agreed to do so but after a week. When my wife called to ask about it they showed no interest in helping us out and eve asked us why we are wasting our time and theirs and calling them. He was the worst manager I ever came across in all my life, and should be fired. My husband is some what in the same kind of business as them and never had such problems. If anyone ever faces the same problem I would appreciate if you'll let me know we can take action against him.
