fraud transaction through my credit card

This is to inform you, I am having Standard Chartered credit card. My
credit card no is 4541982339219732. I have not made any transactions,
but still they have charged me. I did not receive any sms alert from
them regarding the same. I saw these transactions only when (14/01/2011) I was
checking my payment status, which I made through icici bank net banking
for Rs 2270 . All these fraud transaction was related with electricity
department
dated 11/01/2011 . My credit card had been debited 6
times same day within a short gap. there after i informed bank
by phone 011 3940 4444 / 6601 4444 & email : [email protected],
[email protected] & sent dispute to bank but till date no response from bank, please advise me to close this issue.

Charging even after closure of the card!

I closed my standered chartered credit card in last november by visiting the branch and paying the amount. However I found out that the card was not canceled and some service charge was calculated and it kept on increasing and reached RS 1200. I called them up they told me that the bank will reverse the amount and after 2 months i got call asking to pay 1800. I called up again and they told me they will again reverse the amount and the card is in a canceled state. Now again they are telling that I need to pay 1000 more to get rid of this card...

I request each one of you not to get in to the sweet words of standered chartered bank executives and take the standered chartered credit card. i am sure that u can take it if u want life time partner card which will never leave u even if u wish to...
