My fiance got summons to appear to the small claims court for an aoutstanding amount due to stanley de kock. I have been in contact with Amphey, she explained thouroghly that i should contact their lawyers as the account is no longer theirs. Now when i analyse the whole thing, she confirmed not to have received any statements or letters to show his outstanding balances as apparently this letters were send to a wrong address Limpopo of which she is and has always been in North West. She is unemployed and has never been employed and i wonder what criteria was used to afford her credit in the first place. In as much as i need to pay the account, i am being told i cannot since the account has been handed over to lawyers. she is my responsibility and i am not willing to go the lawyers' rout as this will further be more costly, all i need is to pay the account. can someone come to the party and assist.
