Timeline of events;
1. I order cart on 17AUG09.
2. Cart is back ordered until 31 August.
3. I contact Stanley and request cart order to be stopped via e-mail.
4. I call a rep, she says they can not stop cart shipment and that it will arrive on Thursday, of course it does not arrive.
5. On Sunday I make a local purchase due to my travel itinerary, a Monday the 24th August departure date.
6. The cart arrives on the 26th of August.
7. I request an RMA from Stanly rep.
8. Rep sends RMA.
9. We ship cart back to vendor, at a cost of $23.75.
10. Cart is returned to our home. Reason? “No Receptacle” at vendor address.
I have been a customer of JENSEN TOOLS and CONTACT EAST since 1989. I was not to happy when Stanley bought them out, by that I mean I've never really liked Stanley's service. But since I liked the Jensen brand I kept coming back. EVEN WHEN THERE PRICES WERE INFLATED, WAY INFLATED WHEN COMPARED TO THE REST OF THE MARKET, BECAUSE I WAS A LOYAL CUSTOMER, BUT NO MORE!!! THEY SUCK!!!
This just takes the cake. They are a bunch of losers. I WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN!!!
THEY LIED TO ME, THREE TIMES! 1. WE CAN'T STOP SHIPMENT. 2. IT WILL BE THERE BEFORE YOU LEAVE. 3. THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS.
I hope those commie sob's go under. Their customer service is about as worthless as SEARS and KMART.
