This salon practices unhealthy techniques. They do not sterilize their combs or brushes. I was getting my hair done when the comb fell on the floor, the hairstylist just picked it up and attempted to use it in my hair. When I told her to use a new and clean comb, she caught an attitude.

Not only do they practice unhealthy techniques, the water was cold as ice and it's February (cold as ever outside). There was a little girl getting her hair done and was struggling through the washing in cold water. They did not attempt to adjust the water temporature since they already knew, they did not have hot water.

To top it off, the salon's ventilation system is obviously not working. I couldn't breathe in the salon with all the smoke from the blowdryers. After my hair was supposedly done, it looked like I did it at home, but worst. It didn't have any curls and the back was just as it was when I walked in the door. However, the salon still wanted to charge me $75 even after I complained that my hair wasn't done and I was not satisfied. I want this salon inspected to ensure they don't take advantage of other customers.
