Ordered perfume products online - received email confirmation including confirmation#, invoice#, order details and total amount due (including products, shipping & handling). Thus leading one to expect order fulfillment was in process and would be fulfilled upon. Right?

WRONG! After almost an entire month, nothing was delivered. Tried calling the customer service phone #s (2 different #s shown online & in email order confirmation) - very, very unsuccessful attempts to reach anyone!

Finally sent email asking about delivery, etc. ONLY then was I told product no longer available and could not fulfill.

Crappy customer service on oh-so many levels. Don't order with this company!
