I have purchased the Horlicks plain 500gm jar from your Ahmedabad outlet on dt. 02/10/2010 vide cash Memo No. SLF01S001040153927, the free gift item (International Add Gel Achiever Pen) has not been given to me on inquiry at Customer Service Desk. They informed that the item is not available right now and asked me to collect it in the next week. On dt. 10/10/2010 i visited and inquired for the same, the same reply i have received as earlier one. I failed to understand whether the item was not been supplied by the company or else. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful and I hope that you will take steps to prevents such lapses in future.
