I have purchased a Blackberry Phone from the above said Star One Mobile under the Tax Invoice # 204147. Mr. Jacky Tan was the person who attended to me. He showed a test call at the same time, but it was only a missed call, since the other party didn't answer the call.
After coming back to Sri Lanka only I got to know that this phone has the following faulty defects. My local agent says that;
1. Microphone is not working
2. Not supporting to connect to local networks
3. Not supporting programs
I have spoken to Jacky over the phone, dropped one email, but didn't get any response from that side.
Since they have sold a faulty phone to me, please be kind enough to help me to get my money refunded.
