The company STAR TRADING Co owner CHANDRA PAL SINGH advertised in Newspapers, pamplets and on his website and through some agents. That he has 100% Buy Back Guarantee agreement for Paper plate, if we purchase a machinery.

So, after calling him and talking many times regarding the business opportunity we invested money for Machinery and Buy Back guarantee agreement in Sept 2009.

Since then he used to avoid us. First of all he did not send the machinery and agreement, raw material within 1 week as promised.

When we called constantly he said I am sending today, tomorrow and something like that and spend 2 months.

After two months he send old machine and that is also wrong one. One big paper plate and one dona die. We asked him why he is not doing honest business. He said sorry and said I will send new machine after few months.

And when his mechanic come to our place he said that machine has internal problems and find that machine do not work at all. So, we asked him to return the money. But, he did not return and said SORRY. I will send new machine within 4 days and you send me that machine back.

But, after sending machine we asked him that we will be book train tickets from Hyderabad to New Delhi he said come after six days and later said one week etc. So, we went to his office on 3rd Dec, 2009.

He did not bring the machinery as promised and said machinery on way, we waited for few hours and he left us at his office and said he will be coming in 5 minutes but, did not return at all and machine too did not come.

He employees said sorry and said tomorrow you come early and by the time we bring machinery and you can book from our hand. So, we return next day but, still this day too they lied and said same thing machine is on the way. And said yesterday we lied and today real.

So, we waited for few hours and later he called us and said trolly is stuck in traffic you people leave to Hyderabad and I will send immeidately next day.

We said we are already experience bitter problems with your company and we will not go until we book the machine. So, we waited for few hours and book the machine.

I am sure he might not have bring the machine if we do not sit on that day.

Also, he did not pay for our trip and also machine transportation charges too.

And this machine booking charges too we paid, he said I am sorry I don't have money. You can collect the same next time.

So, we asked about Agreement, we already signed it but, he said notary is not done and I will do it next day and send you 100% guarantee.

So, we returned from New Delhi to Hyderabad.

But, even after we cannot find raw material and agreement as promised. He is not lifting the phone or giving to employees or not responding at all.

It is not fifth month still we do not started business and do not earn anything from the business.

Total losses and TOTALLY A FRAUD COMPANY.

We request him many time politely to return our money but, he is not returning the money and we are facing many issues.

When searched online I find many people facing same issues with Delhi based companies.

I am surprised to see how this people cheating innocent people without fearing.

We want our money back.

Chandra Pal singh doing business on company name and also is brother and wife Santosh too involved as his brother is supporting him and he is using his wife's account to deposit the money.
